Hairdreams and Hair by Cesare Giveaway Official Rules
1. Eligibility: The Hairdreams and Hair by Cesare Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and located in the U.S. at the time of entry. Void elsewhere and where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of HairdreamsUSA (“Sponsor”), and their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, distributors, brokers and licensees, and the advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the development and administration of the Promotion (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each) and those living in the same households of each are not eligible to enter or win. Other eligibility requirements and conditions of participation are set forth below in these official rules for the Promotion (“Official Rules”).
2. Entry Period: The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") on Sunday February 5, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EDT on February 29, 2012 (the "Entry Period"). Viewers can register on-line at www.hairdreamsusa.com/win
3. How to Enter the Contest: Step 1: Register at the website www.hairdreamsusa.com/win which can be accessed directly and thru links on Hairdreams’ website, Facebook and Twitter pages.
Conditions of Submission: Winner must live in the Los Angeles area to be considered for prize. Hairdreams will NOT pay for travel to Pasadena location. Winner must arrange own transportation to venue where service will take place.
4. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”):
Contest Prizes: There will be ONE Winner of the Hairdreams and Hair by Cesare Giveaway. The prize includes a Hairdreams service at Hair by Cesare and products for home-use to care for Hairdreams hair extensions
. Winner will be selected randomly and will be chosen at the discretion of Hairdreams. Prize redemption must be fulfilled within one year of being awarded. The total approximate value of Contest Prizes is $1,500.
5. Conditions: Potential winners will each be notified by telephone and/or email and will be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and where lawful, a publicity release within a stated amount of time. If affidavits/releases are not received by the date stated on the notification, or if any notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if a potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, or does not return such other releases as deemed necessary by Sponsor, the potential winner will be disqualified and at Sponsor's discretion, an alternative potential winner may be selected. This Promotion is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the state of California. By entering, Participants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in California.
6. Release: Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize, winner grants permission for Sponsor and its agents to use his/her name, profile picture image, voice and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without additional compensation. Any person not willing to abide by this release and use of submitted materials is requested not to enter the contest.
