SALES MANAGER(m/f)/ CUSTOMER ACQUISITION

Responsibilities:

•  
• Personnel search, hiring and training of sales representatives
• Planning of new customer activities/acquisition
• Supervision and controlling of sales goals
• Support of marketing department for regional marketing purposes
• Organization and execution of sales activities, shows and exhibitions
• Regular feedback to management

Required Skills:

• Driven and goal-oriented personality
• Excellent command of the English and German language
• Dedication and assertiveness
• Sales-minded personality
• Previous experience as Sales Manager
• Self-motivated and self-dependent personality
• Willing to travel frequently
• Strong sales background (preferably degree)
• Experience in the salon business or cosmetic industry is an advantage
